Brand Identity
Property Council New Zealand (PCNZ) embarked on a transformative journey to refresh its brand identity, aligning with their updated organisational values: Community, Authenticity, Leadership, and Positivity. The challenge was not only to modernise their visual identity but also to infuse these core values into every facet of their brand and communications.
To extend the brand's reach and impact, PCNZ tasked us with developing a cohesive brand collection for their industry events. It was crucial that each event maintained its unique identity yet echoed the overarching narrative of diversity celebration, dynamic leadership, and community connection. Our approach was centred on the universal human desire for connection, crafting gender- and culture-neutral spaces through the use of dynamic graphic elements that invited inclusivity and dialogue.

Mortgage Mates
Brand Identity
Mortgage Mates partnered with us to break away from a dated, corporate franchise identity and develop an authentic, 100% client-owned brand. We created a fresh brand identity that radiates reassurance, warmth, and hope.
Our research revealed that social factors and media coverage had made first-time home ownership seem like an unattainable dream for the average New Zealander. Mortgage Mates had the opportunity to change the conversation and deliver a fundamental shift in how New Zealanders engage with the mortgage industry.
Each element of the visual identity reflects Mortgage Mates’ sincere, empathetic approach to their customers’ mortgage wellbeing. The colour palette is inspired by North Canterbury, with the familiar greens of rural Aotearoa instilling feelings of comfort and of being home.

Tauwhiro
Brand Identity
Tauwhiro is a socially conscious hair salon and cafe which provides free or low-cost services to vulnerable people in the community, subsidised by their fee-paying clients. We collaborated with them to develop a brand that lets their kaupapa shine. Tauwhiro was developed and launched by Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Rārua, and the tohu of the iwi is incorporated into the Tauwhiro brand. A contemporary interpretation of the Pātiki is woven through the brand collateral, representing abundance, prosperity, and the ability to provide for the community. The deep teal is inspired by the waters of the Riuwaka Resurgence, a site of significance for Ngāti Rārua.

Christchurch Central Business Association
Brand Identity, Creative Direction, Campaign
CCBA (Central City Business Association) approached us with a unique challenge. Despite being at the heart of the central city, CCBA's members were disengaged, lacking a strong positioning and awareness, and Cantabrians were struggling to find reasons to visit the Central City. Our goal was to change that.
With a focus on building brand awareness, we developed a robust communication strategy. We positioned CCBA as "The Centre Of It All," a vibrant destination with a diverse range of experiences. This positioning reflected the essence of CCBA and resonated with both members and a broader audience.
