CCBA (Central City Business Association) approached us with a unique challenge. Despite being at the heart of the central city, CCBA's members were disengaged, lacking a strong positioning and awareness, and Cantabrians were struggling to find reasons to visit the Central City. Our goal was to change that.
With a focus on building brand awareness, we developed a robust communication strategy. We positioned CCBA as "The Centre Of It All," a vibrant destination with a diverse range of experiences. This positioning reflected the essence of CCBA and resonated with both members and a broader audience.
